Easier said, than done right?  Well, I am here for you.  I want to teach you some habits that will support you in taking great care of yourself so that you can thrive, feel great, and be able to do the things you love with the people you love. 

In the Higher Health Course will learn how to: 

  1. Lower Stress – You will learn tools to lower stress which is key to being able to change anything in your life.  You can create powerful change when you are in a creative relaxed state.  Not when you are in survival mode.  
  2. Master Your Mind – Increase your awareness and mindfulness which means that you get to grab the reins on your brains and gain the power to shift out of old survival patterns and create new patterns that support you well.  You are way more powerful than you realize.  I am going to teach you how to be in control of your mind.  
  3. Sync with your Circadian Clock – You will learn about your energy and the cycles of nature so that you can understand when is the best time to eat, sleep, exercise, connect with others, and do your most productive work.  This one insight can change everything for you.  Instead of fighting your nature, you learn to work with it.  Therefore, you get to feel vibrant and alive instead of drained.  
  4. Eat well – We will focus on what you can eat that will bring you the best energy and deep healing.  You will bring your mindfulness skills into your eating.  By this time, you will know how to be really intentional in collaborating with your brain to help you eat better.  Feel free as you gain knowledge on what foods make you sick, and what foods help you thrive.
  5. Sleep like a Champ – Sleep is so key to our energy, vitality, productivity, health, and longevity.  When you dial in your sleep, you will have the energy you need to do what is important to you.  You will have more focus, productivity, and clarity.  Importantly, you will feel better.  
  6. Create a Powerful Morning Routine“When you win the morning, you win the day.” -Tim Ferriss  You get to craft a morning routine that you love.  I will help you design a morning that sets you up for success for a lifetime.
  7. Design a calming Evening routine – “There are no such things are night owls, only people out of sync.”  -Ayurveda wisdom  Likewise to your morning, you will design an evening routine that helps you wind down and relax your entire central nervous system.  This is key to a good night’s sleep, your productivity, and your happiness.   
  8. Move for health and fun – Sitting is killing us.  I will help you get clever and creative on how to bring movement into your life.  Like eating well, sleeping, and lowering stress, movement is key to your vitality, longevity, and energy.  
  9. Reduce Toxins.  What you don’t know is making you sick.  We will talk about what to watch out for so that you can keep yourself and your family safe.  
  10. Get Healthy Skin, Teeth, & Bones – learn antiaging techniques so that you can feel young and vibrant on the outside and on the inside. 

How the Higher Health Course Works: 

  1.  You get 2 Life Design calls with me of 30 minutes each which means you get 1-1 coaching to get you excited about new possibilities in your life and help to overcome obstacles.  ($250 value)
  2. There are 12 Group Coaching calls, once a week, recording will be available if you miss which means you are guided weekly so that you can experience exponential growth. I will coach you and others in the group so you can learn from each other. I help you see your own creativity, new possibilities, and access your own inner wisdom.  ($1800 value)
  3. Included is The Mindful Life Online Course so that you have all the tools you need to lower stress, raise your awareness, and collaborate with your mind and emotions. ($300 value)
