Are you tired of the same old patterns that keep you stuck!  This is a group program designed to help you create lifelong habits of wellness to thrive in your body, mind and soul!!!  I help people evolve to a new level of operation with daily habits of Ayurveda.  Ayurveda is a practice that developed alongside yoga.  Defined as the “Art of Living’, it helps up connect to daily and seasonal rhythms of nature around and inside of us.  This is a practice of aligning with nature and your body to find your optimal state of functioning so that you can live a more vibrant, energetic, and peaceful life.

This is a 10 week online course.  That means you don’t have to travel and you go at your own pace, on your own schedule.  We will have weekly audios to listen to on your own time, weekly live phone calls that you will have unlimited access to so that if you are unable to make the call you can listen to it later, a group forum online where you can post questions and updates. We create accountability partners to check in with along the way, and do worksheets to help you go deeper into your own process.  I will also recommend  books to read.  This is an opportunity to ‘grab the bull by the horns’ and make changes for lifelong wellness.  People learn more, push themselves more and grow faster in a group setting.  The power of the group helps motivate you and hold you accountable.  We learn learn skills to change habit based on habit science and how the brain works. One on one sessions available too if that suits you better.

Are you interested in up-leveling your health and wellness to a new dimension?  Are you excited to grow and learn in life?  This is fascinating stuff where ancient wisdom meets modern science to support a way of being that we forgot about.  You may find yourself asking why didn’t I learn this growing up?  It makes so much sense.  It explains so much.  It’s mind blowing.  And shouldn’t we be teaching this in schools and to our kids so they grow up with healthy habits?  We eat 3 times a day shouldn’t we spend more that 8 hr a year learning this stuff in school.  And Doctors only get about 4 hr of nutrition in medical school.  Food is medicine! Or poison! Depending on if we can digest it.  Our gut shuts down with stress so we start to realize how connected the mind and emotions are to our digestion as well. More on that later, for now you can also ask, ‘Is there room to….grow, learn, improve, expand???’

What stands in your way of this journey into higher health?  Time, Money, Worry, Doubt…?  These are the things that hold us back in life.  I definitely feel these in my life too.  And when I see the value in something I want and need I find a way to make it happen.  If your heart is moved and you feel a yearning to go deeper, learn more, and truly function at your highest level, then you must choose to invest in yourself.  It is the best investment you can make.
